Chef Vamshi Adi is a young, dynamic culinary artist who has dedicated his life to preserving and celebrating the rich traditions of Indian cuisine. Growing up in a family where food was central to every gathering, Vamshi’s passion for cooking was nurtured through shared experiences over the dining table, where cherished family recipes were passed down through generations. His deep connection to these flavors, paired with his innovative approach, has shaped him into a chef who is both rooted in tradition and unafraid to push culinary boundaries.

 

Ishq, located in New York City, marks Vamshi’s second venture in the culinary world. His vision for Ishq is to offer authentic Indian recipes made with the finest Indian spices, while infusing each dish with a modern, creative flair. For Vamshi, food is not just sustenance but a form of expression, a way to connect people, and a means of carrying forward his family’s legacy of heartfelt cooking.
